Our Facility

Plants Alive! specializes in providing plants for interior commercial and residential accounts, as well as rental plants for many special events, parties, weddings, etc. Originally located in a 750 square foot warehouse in Kensington, MD., we began with 4 full time employees, an old station wagon, a warehouse full of plants and about 50 commercial interior accounts. Today, we are located on a six and a half acre nursery in Silver Spring, MD. which includes 35,000 square feet of greenhouse space, 5,500 square feet of office space and 10,000 square feet of shade and storage and plenty of space for growth and expansion. We currently have 20 full time employees and 4 large climate controlled trucks.
